[FUTURE] ... almost time
Apr. 10th, 2011 09:04 pmSigning out of her computer, Annie sat back and sighed. It was Wednesday, the last day she was going to be at work before she left for her wedding. Her wedding to Clay.
It was just before noon on that Wednesday and as she looked around the op center in the DPD, she couldn't help but take a deep breath and feel a sense of worry that everything would change between now and when she'd be back from her honeymoon.
With one last look around, she gave a smile to Jai and then headed for the elevator. Upstairs, she looked at Trish and then waited. The plan was to leave together, pack in the afternoon and drive down to Manderly for final preparations in the morning.
"Is he still working hard in there?"
